We start with an easy 6-step process
In order to build beautiful, creative, innovative, and sustainable outdoor living space we have to approach it from an artists perspective. With our 6 step process, we are able to help guide you from the beginning to the end of your project.

Introductory call
We begin with a brief call to understand your project needs and goals to best determine if our team is the appropriate fit.

Schedule design
Following a successful introductory call, we’ll schedule and lead a design planning meeting onsite to go through analysis planning ideas and onsite analysis of your job.

Design approval
We will present your plan and recommendations for your outdoor design. Reviewing and making and listening to your ideas for inclusion to the design. At this stage we aim to gain approvals on design, develop a budget and scheduling of a start date. We provide a fee based Professional 3D Renderings services that's available for an Immersive Visualization of the entire designed space.

Permitting
With a design finalized and complete, we will create 2D construction drawings for HOA approval and collect necessary permits for your project. At this stage we will have final approvals and a schedule to start your project. An initial deposit for permitting and material deposits are sought.

Choosing materials
Now that your design and build proposal have been approved. Our team will schedule and meet with you at a stone yard to choose your materials. We like to show our customers exactly what they are getting in person before the materials are installed.

Sit back & enjoy
Now that the hard part is done, the fun part begins! Sit back and enjoy the transformation of your project. Throughout the project we will keep you updated and informed with the process of your new beautiful space from start to finish.
